Channel Capacity Subject to Frequency Domain Normed Uncertainties - SISO and MIMO Cases

This paper gives a precise definition of robustness of channel capacity of additive Gaussian channels, with respect to channel transfer function uncertainty and noise power spectral density uncertainty. Three robust channel capacity problems and their solutions are presented in the frequency domain.
